API benchmark is failing b/c unable to grab json from Cloudflare R2. I've confirmed that the file exists but I am also unable to manually download it using wget.

(Caused by NameResolutionError("<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f47b27735e0>: Failed to resolve 'pub-fae71003f78140bdaedf32a7c8d331d2.r2.dev' ([Errno -2] Name or service not known)"))
