specify which NMR instruments exist

In order to properly describe the possible NMR instruments in our schema, we need to specify which ones we need. There are various ways in which this has been modeled in OBI/CHMO and nmrCV so far. We need to harmonize this.

NMR spectrometer:

• which manufacturer --> ??? can we take the subclasses of nmrCV:nmr manufacturer
• which model
  • obi:nmr instrument
    • its subclasses are a mix of spectrometer, probe and plattform/console
  • nmrCV:nmr instrument
    • its subclasses are a mix of spectrometer, probe and plattform/console
  • chmo:nmr instrument
    • only a top level class with no subclasses (manufacture based distinction)
• which serieal number --> is this needed?
• which software runs on it?

NMR sample tube:

• which manufacturer --> ??? can we take the subclasses of nmrCV:nmr manufacturer
• nmrcv:nmr tube --> subclasses by manufacturer and then diameter/unknown parameter
• obi:nmr sample tube --> no subclasses

NMR probe

• which manufacturer --> ??? can we take the subclasses of nmrCV:nmr manufacturer
• which model
  • obi:nmr probe
  • nmrCV:nmr probe

NMR magnet

• which manufacturer --> ??? can we take the subclasses of nmrCV:nmr manufacturer
• which model
  • obi:nmr magnet
  • nmrCV:nmr magnet

NMR console:

• not needed according to Johannes and thus not in TBox

There remains the question however from where to get these detailed infos. Parsing it from JDX or NMReDATA files might not work.
