In general, whenever rendering a card for a watchable it should be possible to choose to watch it remotely or locally if downloaded

Unifying every source under one card and then make the user choose via a dialog would be better now that you mention it.

It may not be possible to uniquely identify a media across sources, but it should be possible to detect if a remote media from a specific channel has been downloaded
