Add events as measurementChannel, so the boot of a device is transmitted immediately after power on #10

Right now it may take several minutes before the first measurement is done. It would make development and testing easier if the unit would send some I'm alive message immediately after booting.

Another simple improvement was that we connect a button to the grove connector, and send an event when the button is pressed.
