Refactor login page #40

Summary

Need to replace the previously Angular-composed login page with Vue3

Acceptance Criteria

Application

[x] Login functionality
[x] Register functionality
[x] New user creation functionality
[x] Form validation
- [X] Vee Validate installed

Page Components

[x] Login Page
- [x] Can navigate between login, new user creation, & register modals seamlessly
[x] Login Modal
- [x] Can login successfully and be redirected to the /home route
- [x] Login is prevented when either the user or password fields are blank
[x] Register modal
- [x] Registration is prevented when the user field is blank
- [x] Can navigate back to the login modal after completing registration

UI components

[x] Input component
- [x] Input Component hooked to dynamic validation composable useValidationModes
[x] Button component
- [X] Success & loading states

Misc

[x] 80% coverage

Closing this issue as this project is no longer using Angular. Will write a new ticket for completing the rest of the login page
