Stop relying on ObjectiveBound #63

The state of ObjectiveBound is uncertain: https://github.com/JuliaOpt/MathOptInterface.jl/pull/473 The tests pass because ObjectiveBound is uncertain but as it is not tested (see https://github.com/JuliaOpt/MathOptInterface.jl/issues/442), it might not work with all solvers.
