Dear Rebecka We have several arylsulfonyl fluorides and would like to contribute to this project
@GhayoorAbbasLums Thank you for your interest! It would be great if you could share some of the structures that you have? Where are you based?
I was looking at the literature and saw the following recently published papers reporting synthesis of sulfonyl fluorides:
https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.joc.2c02630
https://pubs.rsc.org/en/content/articlehtml/2022/cc/d2cc05781f
https://pubs.rsc.org/en/content/articlelanding/2023/qo/d2qo01810a/unauth
https://doi.org/10.1016/j.tet.2023.133364
https://doi.org/10.1080/00397911.2023.2246603
It would be wonderful to reach out to these authors and explore the possibility of working together and testing the new sulfonyl fluorides that they have made.

The first contribution to this project is on it's way to UCL!
Hi,
If you've made it this far you are clearly keen on getting involved in this project, and we are glad for your interest!
In the Wiki you can learn more about what has been done in the project; the sidebar on the right holds pages with more details on the various explorations.
We have identified these sulfonyl-fluoride compounds as being favored in binding DENV2 over other viruses we have tested.
We want to find collaborators that can join us in exploring these covalent ligands - do you have any sulfonyl-fluoride compounds, preferably bound to aromatic heterocycles? Get in touch with us, and we will test them.
