Testing RA-0002723 analogues against DENV RdRp #4

As we explained in a previous issue, that the attached compounds, did not show interesting activity vis SARS-CoV2-RdRp, with poor solubility, we are interested in testing them vis DENV RdRp since we found in this paper: https://doi.org/10.1128/jvi.02451-09 that similar structures (see below) showed impressive activity vis DENV RdRp.

Since the structure of positive control which is used in DENV antiviral assay is far away from the structure of the RA-0002723-01 mentioned above, and since the parent molecule RA-0010017-01 is inactive vis DENV-RdRp, we are not interested in testing the RA-0002723-01 vis DENV-RdRp so we deprioritize this series.
