Update AngleSharp to 0.16.1
Allows Byline, Dir, FeaturedImage, and Excerpt to be null (to simplify checking if they exist)
Lazily allocates TextContent (this provides a nice speedup if unused)

Thanks for your work @iamcarbon . If you are not planning any new changes in the next few week. I think I will make a new release on nuget.
