Automated website's build preparation #33

Modified generatedoc to output the html with the correct name for Netlify and added compression of the build's css and html files to make the publication process easier/faster.

The above text has been added to the commit's description.

If Netlify doesn't accept tar.gz files, we can create a zip archive.
