Configure source JAR tasks based on enabled targets #134

In the end an explicit dependsOn is required.

I've cleaned up the tasks configuration.

@ftomassetti let me know in case you can't publish a new release. I'd need the Node.js environment variables support but I can publish on our internal repos as a backup.
