The current indexing mechanism fails to include all reference by name properties in the document representation of a node, hence causing definitions and references requests to return unexpected empty results.

After a discussion with @martin-azpillaga, we propose to replace the current implementation handling reference by name properties - using the kReferenceByNameProperties extension method from Kolasu.
