Implement functional tests #13

This PR introduces functional tests, to verify that this library works well with the LionWeb Repository.

To do:

[x] Update the code to refer to a particular commit or tag in the LionWeb Repository
[x] Update LionWeb Java once https://github.com/LionWeb-io/lionweb-java/pull/131 and https://github.com/LionWeb-io/lionweb-java/pull/132 have been merged
[x] Ensure tests pass
