Fix #9

Now the KolasuClient remembers Node IDs associated to nodes on setting or retrieval. In this way it is possible to ask the KolasuClient for the Node ID associated to a certain Kolasu Node.

Thank you for the approval. I will add a method to explicitly drop caches and then merge.
