What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. everytime I try to use the special keys (eg. volume, END, etc.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there is no response to the specific key command. volume does not go up or down
(itunes), the cursor does not move to the END of the line (Wordpad), forward
delete does not function. In all it seems nothing works.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2008.09.17, windows vista ultimate 32 bit, uk. with SP2.
Please provide any additional information below.
I've rebooted UWAKS and also the PC several times. The application is
automatically started at start up. Icon is visible in my taskbar.
I tried normal and expert mode. Nothing helps.
Any suggestions on what to do?
