Can I set left Apple command key as Windows key? #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I am just wondering how can I set left apple command key as Windows key. I 
noticed that right command key is Windows key but not the left one. Can I swap 
around between them.

English

What keyboard layout do you use?
US I believe.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Model no: A1243, on Windows 7.
