cgi sapi oauth callback is required hot fix available #136

I'm trying to determine if i need to make changes to my SAPI php instance. I 
have been working on an apache handler, and didn't take note that the 
production server is running fastcgi. Is there a hot fix available for the 
getallheaders functionality? Cant I just implement that function myself? I 
don't want to re-implement oauth portion, but if i cant get oauth-php lib to 
work in cgi, than i need to consider next steps.
