Error when running MiNA Analyze Morphology. #15

When trying to use the plugin, I keep getting this error:

This has happened on two separate devices I've attempted to use this on. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

I am also triying to run MiNA and I am getting exactly the same error as ZainP99. I tried with different versions of FIJI and I even reinstall it again but it did not work. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

Hello everyone,

Did you install MiNA from GitHub or did you follow the instructions in the wiki page? At this moment, it is recommended that you follow instructions from the wiki page to install MiNA. The module eztables has been causing a lot of trouble so we are working on a version that will not depend on it and will be manually installable. We'll be uploading this here sometime in the future.

In the mean time if redownloading FIJI and/or MiNA does not help, I would suggest taking a look at these other tools:

Hello! We have been using this plugin successfully and it was working on 08/04 but suddenly we started getting this error on 08/05. Thank you for the other suggestions! We will keep checking this page.

Hello! I followed the installation instructions outlined on the wiki page. I retried it today but it still spits out the same error.

I was also using the plugin successfully until I tried to use it on 08/12/20 both from Mac and Windows and appeared the same error as here. I followed the instructions from the wiki page for the installation.

Sorry to hear this bug is causing so much trouble. Have you tried downloading previous versions of FIJI? If this works, it might be a temporary solution to the problem while we work on releasing the new version of MiNA.

I'm currently trying to replicate this buy downloading the current version of FIJI. I also plan to download older versions of it. I would recommend going 5 versions back and see it if that works.

Thank you for your help. I got one previous MiNA for my friends and install in the newest version of FIJI. It works well. It seems that something is wrong with the MiNA.

I'm glad you got a working copy of MiNA @Hannah-JW. We ask of you to be patient while we test and continue to develop the newer version of MiNA and would suggest trying out the tools listed above. Here they are again:

Hello everyone,

The new version of MiNA has now been uploaded. Please read the README of this repository for installation instructions. This has to be manually installed and cannot be obtained through Fiji's update site. Thank you for your patience and please report any bugs you may encounter.
