MiNa plugin error:::: ImportError: compiled unit contains version 37 code (38 required) #31

Kindly help. A detailed step-by-step procedure to rectify the error will be helpful as I have zero programing or debugging knowlegde.

I have the same problem (version 37 code (38 required)) with you using MiNA plugin. I do not know how to solve it.

Please try installing the newest version of MiNA. This his has to be manually installed and cannot be obtained through the update site. Follow the installation instructions of the README of this repository. If you are still having issues after this, delete the StuartLab folder inside Plugins or change the name of StuartLab/MiNA_scripts/MiNA_Analyze_Morphology.py (which is the old version) to something else so you can differentiate between the two.

Hello RodoVJ. I have the same issue and tried to follow your suggestion but the issue isn't resolved. If I delete the Stuartlab folder from plugins, TMRM analysis is not showing up. Please help. Thank you!

Hello, I'm facing the same problem, I've tried both procedure (readme instructions , install new versions, installing Stuartlab and removing Biomedgroud. I've tried on MAC versiona nd 64bit version. But always an error One time i succeded to put the 2D parametres but it doesn't show the mito morphology Table.

Should i desintall all and repeat again? Please help
