Implement a two-group differential test to reflect to mRNA. E.g. select the BRCA luminals as group A and BRCA basals as group B. Reflect the differentially expressed genes in A vs B on the GeneMap.
Use a continuous attribute for reflection: Compute a correlation of mRNA to the continuous attribute.
Use a categorical for reflection: Compute the ANOVA F-statistic for the groups defined by the categorical for each mRNA expression vector.
