delete or hide nodes in a map #72

Implement ability to delete samples out of the map. More useful to delete non selected nodes. Could then re-layout the remaining using the similarities of the current x-y positions. Density would need to be recomputed.

Implement ability to hide nodes. This is like deleting but still remain in the layout and influence the position of non-hidden samples. (vs deleted samples would not influence the layout of non-deleted samples).
