use default coloring attr when the coloring attr is removed #85

When an active coloring attr is removed from the short list, the map is colored all no-data grey. Some other attr should be auto-selected in this case.

If the default attr is in the short list that should become active.

If the default is not in the short list, maybe the attribute following the one removed should become the active.
