Create register form similar than login form but with 1 field more, name #12

replace Login by Register and put field Name as first input, only view must be created, no required functionality clicking button image

it was requested create a new form based on Login replacing labels and adding a new field, no modify form login.jsp

you are eliminating the login.jsp in your change, please do the change properly, attach evidence and move to in review as instructions indicated

web is broken login.jsp was removed in this change and it was not restored, so it is not working in main branch image remove it in this commit https://github.com/Stucom-Pelai/DAM2_M06_UF4_JSP_eShop/commit/cc44f78e9ae86e9dffb148d27b28e7399535d66e
