Description

List any dependencies that are required for this change. -- For the header, I changed the background and font colors so the header would stand out more. -- I also changed the height of the header (smaller) so that it did not block the section names when the links jumped there (ie, About Us, Opportunities, etc) -- I commented my changes and saved the original lines in a comment so they could be change/reversed easily, if needed.
