[BUG] Missing EvidenceAssetName images and descriptions + CourtRecordItemName for evidence #395

Describe the bug

The CourtRecordItemName constants page shows images for all constants. While Actors are shown, Evidence's icons and descriptions are missing.

The EvidenceAssetName section should also contain previews with description and icons identical to the ActorAssetName section.

Steps To Reproduce

visit this page
notice the icon for Arin rendering correctly
notice the icon for AttorneysBadge not being rendered correctly in either section

Expected behavior

visit this page
all CourtRecordItemName icons are rendered properly
