Develop ARM templates for OE1 #35

Create an editable ARM template that can be used for OE1. This should do the following:

[ ] Deploy 25 Linux VMs using B1ls
[ ] All VMs be in the same VNET, subnet and resource group
[ ] Unique public IP addresses for each machine
[ ] NSG rules that allow access only from polytech
[ ] Management username as password (sudo access)
[ ] Student account (no authority) -> unsure if this can be done via ARM template

What are ARM templates? This will help Need some Azure documentation? Here you go!
