Change phpmyadmin password to new password #90

I need to change the password for the phpmyadmin account to use the new itintern password.

new itintern password cannot be used as it has a special character. A new password will need to be created for this purpose.

Password has been changed and I have updated the keypass with the new password since the old password was incompatible.
