Have deployed RT on test VM last sprint - just need to continue through the setup guides for email implementation and further set up (User management)
Email implementation has been changed recently, there seems to be a deeper issue on how email should be handled that cannot be easily fixed by the end of this sprint. May need to be a ticket on it's own next sprint
Create a new VM in azure and install request tracker. Consult the documentation in teams.
