Kit 16 repair #53

Kit 16 was brought down for repair. It had no OS loaded.

Problem: Windows install cannot find a hard drive even though it is correctly plugged in and appears in the BIOS.

Solutions attempted:

Reset BIOS (CMOS Battery removed)
Reseat RAM
Change SATA power supply to the SSD

Further repair is postponed.

Further solutions attempted: The Windows 10 boot drive was burned with the latest version of Windows 10, however this did not have any effect on the outcome.
