[Bug]: Frost Wand effect infinite repetition #10

What happened?

While messing around with the Frost Wand in a creative instance, the ice continued to infinitely spawn as if it were targeting another ice cube.

This mostly occurs when spamming the Frost Wand on an invincible entity like the sorcerer broom.

We believe this happens due to the ice hitting the newly spawned ice right in front of it when spamming so it starts targeting it instead of the mobs, we should be able to fix this issue soon.

We also noticed that your texture pack is breaking our overlay and the overlay itself isn't located where its supposed to be. We will fix this as well.

In case you're curious, the resource pack is Faithful 32x so it's not using the vanilla 16x resolution.
