Nav not active if clicked into #accelerator

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to the what we do page from the homepage 'learn about our accelerator'

Actual result:

The 'what we do' isn't active in the navigation, despite being on that page.

Expected result:

'What we do' should show as active, as you are on that page.
