[bug]: Play/Pause button should not appear in `CardsHome` on mobile

Also on iOS the button SVG is specifically blue, we need to enforce that the SVG is black so webkit does not override this.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• get a mobile device
• go to the homepage
• view DO lectures card

Expected behavior

There should be no button and on iOS the SVG icon should be black
