Videos don’t work in low battery mode (even with play pressed)

Steps to reproduce:

Visit a project page in low battery Press play

Actual result:

It doesn’t play

Expected result:

It should play (not automatically, because of low battery mode, but once play is pressed playback should start).

If it’s loading, we should show a loading indication.
