Need green and red phone at least, and perhaps a text for the name of the person being called (if known), unknown if not

Did a few tests, need to fix the icons for call / hang up.

This is done, more or less - still need better hover-images for the call and hang-up buttons, and what is going to happen when the call is answered, but for now, it's done.
