Bug / Todo: fix bad weather (rain) missing from garage #215

There is currently no bad weather version in the fix-bike scene in the garage

There is also a slight bug in the view of the cars, where you don't actually see the rain properly, and the background is a bit broken - this is due to how reflections are rendered in DAZ, ofc, so... might need to redo those, either in DAZ or in PS, and cut out the background from the windows in the car

This is in progress - daytime remake has been done

This has been fixed for 0.2
