Hello,

I'm excited about using your softare with ADobe DPS, can you tell where and how I access your wordpress templates? Thank you. V.

Hi @Venus72, this plugin isn't be updated, if you're using the new DPS 2015, please use the new plugin. We re-coded it from the ground up so it's faster and more modular: http://studiomercury.github.io/digital-publishing-tools-for-wordpress/

There is a section on the site about working with templates. You can find a direct link here: http://studiomercury.github.io/digital-publishing-tools-for-wordpress/#templates

thank you, Mercury

Is it possible to use my own style of wordpress templates to publish, or is one confined to using specific templates?

@Venus72,

Currently, the plugin uses it's own templates to give the author complete control over design and efficiency. Lots of templates use a large number of libraries and scripts which have the potential to interfere with Adobe's Viewer.

For speed and performance it's best to create your own template utilizing only essential libraries, efficient javascript and minimal scripts.

To make your own templates, copy the folder publish-templates from the plugin folder into your active theme folder. Once in your theme’s folder the plugin will look there first when searching for a source of templates. Duplicate the article.php file and you can use that as a starting point to make your own templates.

We hope this helps de-mistify why we set it up this way.

All our best, Mercury

Hi V,

The plugin for wordpress doesn’t have built in card support. You’ll use the DPS Web Portal to set up and manage cards.

If you’re looking for tutorials Adobe has a great learning center for DPS: https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-solution.html
