Tested on branch master (f40361ef):

When double clicking any annotation in the inspector, the playhead jumps to the wrong time (+100 ms). Reproduce:

Reset to sample project
Dbl-Click first annotation in inspector ('MGM Title Card'). This annotation begins at 00:00:00.000
Playhead jumps to time 00:00:00.100
Happens with any annotation.
Playhead should jump to the exact time given in the annotation.
