URL in annotation: typing '/' pops up the tagging UI

When entering a URL manually (e.g. http://example.com), a slash ('/') is treated as hash-character ('#') and the tagging UI shows up.

This happens on a US keyboard.

To reproduce with a DE keyboard (tested on MacOS + Windows 10 with external DE keyboard):

• Use US keyboard mapping. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-keyboard-layout-windows-10
• In notepad verify the following keys:
  • Pressing Shift-Ö on the DE keyboard results in a : character.
  • Pressing - on the DE keyboard results in a / character.
  • Typing H T T P Shift-Ö - - results in http://
• Use the above key sequence to reproduce the issue in RV.
