Can we change weekly reset hour? #35

Right now weekly count resets on monday 5pm. If you think about it for asian countries it becomes Tuesday. Wouldnt it be better to start it on sunday 5pm(or 9pm or something)? Since the US is using sunday as start of the week anyway and it'd be midday for europe, and monday for asia? It's kinda weird to see 0.00 for weekly on Tuesday.
