Lack of hours - V2 didn't fetch their old data? #44

The user was in the server in April& May 2020. There is only one join/leave log for that time and according to that they used the server for ~2h30m. After that I guess they left the server. Their username was chelsea2024#6588 Their only !me at that time shows 20h for monthly. https://discord.com/channels/595999872222756885/695421717660827678/698977597412868107 image image

They rejoined the server on 25/02/2021 (according to the ping on #welcomes). But they had a different username Chelsea#4125. So V1 acted like name-change. After the transfer was done, I noticed that their V2 shows 140h less. They haven't used !me too much and never used ~me at all. So I'll just add the screenshot of when I checked their hours. Looks like V2 didn't count their previous hours since they weren't in the server?

Let me know when you're done investigating it, then I'll change their V2 numbers (or lemme know if you change).

Your explanation makes sense. I assume if a user has left the server, then the v1 spreadsheet doesn't have their data? yeah feel free to change it.

There is another case similar to this, but the user didn't leave the server. I'll post details once their stats appear on V1.
