Streaks not being reset for some people still? #57

It seems like that this user (240406191782494209), still does not have his streaks reset, even though you already reverted the 'disable streak reset' commit and the user has not studied at all this month yet.

For future references, it'd be nice to have (and discuss) a link to the dashboard or dyno logs

His streak will be updated when he has activities, which this person has not had for days. The bot is "lazy"
