Update discord.py in package files #58

I think like a week ago we added stage channels, but the stage channels caused !me not to work for those who joined those channels. It seems like we were able to fix this issue by updating discord.py to the latest version in the vps/venv, which covered the new stage channels and we were able to fix this problem completely.

I'm just letting you know that we were able to fix the new stage channel problems by updating discord.py to 1.7.1 in the vps. (although 1.7.2 just came out like two days ago, idk if its necessarily to update to the newest). https://github.com/Study-Together-Org/time_counter/blob/137363c12ceefff7617ba443814bfd0ac336bbf1/requirements.txt#L12 1.5.1 does not have the new stage channels feature.

Yeah! Are you interested in making a pull request to update just the pipefiles?

Sure! Will see if I am able to figure out how Pipenv works :D (as a learning experience)
