Create new NuGet version #22

New NuGet package needs to be created, if you add me as an owner on NuGet and on GitHub I can do it myself and setup a continuous build to speed things up :)

This is a MUST. At nuget latest version is 1.1.0.

@rafaelrmou can you please do this? On NuGet there is now a explosion of this plugin because updates are not coming, everyone is rolling their own.
