Updated error to make things a bit clearer #40

The error is raised when the package isn't referenced either by the PCL or by one of the implementing targets, this wasn't so clear from the error message.

Thank you for your suggested contribution! However I think the message is fine the way it is. It is supplied with the template that comes for creating plugins like this. I would like it to be consistent with other plugins.
