introducing XHR progress #18

Hi @Stuk, can you consider merging this PR ? I use this tools and it works quite well, except for this part that is missing.

There's an alternative PR here which I left a review on here https://github.com/Stuk/jszip-utils/pull/19

However this PR is a more straightforward implementation at the expense of moving away from where I'd like to see the API headed. I'll try and find a bit of time this weekend to merge one of them.
