multi language doesn't work

When I set my locale to de_AT I found it doesn't work, while other items has been changed to German. Could you help me to solve the trouble? Anything else should I do?

• nautilus-open-any-terminal: 0.4.0

maybe we have to copy the german translation. Could you test this locally

If it works; could you provide a PR for this? Do we need to adjust some thing? I guess everything is the same, but due to my swabian background I am not sure about it.
