my html code had some checkbox,convert the html to pdf was success,but the 
checkbox cannot display,can u help me?

PDF forms are not supported.  There is some (commented out) initial work in 
ITextReplacedElementFactory, but it's so incomplete that it's not enabled.

I'm closing this as invalid (even though it clearly represents a valid feature 
request) as there are no plans to work out this in the near to medium future.

I have the same problem, xhtml to PDF no checkbox support ☐ ☑ ☒
