Remove songs from queue

• allow a user to remove thier previous requested songs
• requires me to store a history of song requests/user associations -no api endpoint for this...how do?
  • possible nuclear solution: rewrite bot to use a playlist as the "queue" and just add/remove songs from there as we play them
  • if using this solution ^... be sure to allow configuration of default/fallback playlist when no queued songs

if they dont add an api endpoint for this, will have to re-implement a separate project with this instead

Contacted twitter directly. They apparently have "no capacity" to implement this. I.E. they have other things they'd rather work on and don't care about the thread being abandoned for 3 years. Time for a hack-y workaround 🫠
