Update description of Ansible Playbooks #486

I'm adding this here because we don't have an issue tracking system for the OPL (yet).

The description for Ansible Playbooks needs rewriting. SteveB has offered to provide the update.

It'd probably make sense for us to get a formal one from the BU somehow.... Failing that, I could do something.

@daobrien @bonnevil I will reach out to the Brand team to update the description. The Ansible PMM team is the bridge to Brand on product / feature names and descriptions.
