Does this work with the github special profile README.md? image If it does then it does not work for me

Why dont you try it? No one has been around here for a long time, so YMMV with this old project. Let us know.

I did try, and it did not work, that's why I'm asking if it works with it.

If you tried and didnt work then its only meant for comments. Which means short answer to your Q is no.
